HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo is a 70-bed specialty hospital devoted to providing comprehensive medical rehabilitation services. Opened in 1989 and centrally located in Pinellas County, just minutes from Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Seminole and the Gulf Beaches, HealthSouth of Largo is licensed by the State of Florida, and accredited by The Joint Commission.

HealthSouth of Largo is the only freestanding rehabilitation hospital in the Tampa Bay Region, and serves patients of all ages, providing inpatient medical rehabilitation services as well as comprehensive outpatient programs.

An interdisciplinary team, along with the patient and family, develops a specialized treatment plan to help each patient meet their individual goals. Our team members include board certified physiatrists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, certified rehabilitation nurses, respiratory therapists, psychologists, case managers, pharmacists and dietitians, as well as more than 100 physicians and allied health care professionals representing numerous areas of medical specialization.
