Elaine D. Ebaugh, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Elaine brings more than 25 years of health care experience to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. She earned an undergraduate degree in speech and language pathology from James Madison University and a master's degree in communication disorders. During her tenure at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo, Elaine has served as director of speech-language pathology, director of clinical services and chief operating officer, all prior to becoming CEO in 1997. Elaine is board certified in healthcare management and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

	Richard A. Liles, M.D.
	Medical Director
	Dr. Richard Liles has served as medical director at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo for 20 years. He studied pre-medicine at Texas A&M University and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Liles completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine.

Linda Russo, PT

Director of Outpatient Services

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia and earned a master's degree in gerontology from the University of South Florida. Linda has more than 30 years of health care experience, 15 years of service at HealthSouth and has been honored as the hospital's Clinician of the Year.

	Martin J. O'Neil, BS, RHIT
	Director of Marketing Operations
	Martin has more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience and has served as director of marketing operations at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo since 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in health services administration from Florida Gulf Coast University as well as an associate's degree in health information management from St. Petersburg College. Martin is a member of the Florida Society for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing and serves on the St. Petersburg College Healthcare Informatics Advisory Board and the Board of the Florida Gulfcoast Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

	Judith E. Johnson
	Chief Financial Officer
	Since 1990, Judith has served as controller at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. Judith earned a degree in accounting from Churchman's Business College and has more than 26 years of experience in health care financial systems management.

	Mary Jo Heger, RN, M
	Director of Quality & Risk Management
	Mary Jo holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Pennsylvania State University as well as a master's degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She has more than 30 years of healthcare experience and has served as HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo's director of quality and risk management since 2001.

Jackie Chalk

Jackie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ball State University and holds certification as a professional in human resources. She has more than 10 years of human resource management experience and has served as director of human resources at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo since 2006.

	Bruce Ziebarth
	Director of Plant Operations
	Bruce has more than 15 years of service at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida and holds certification as a Microsoft Systems Engineer from St. Petersburg College. Bruce is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the Florida Healthcare Engineering Association.

	Pattie Brenner, MBA,
	Chief Nursing Officer
	Pattie has more than 30 years of nursing experience with 20 of those years in clinical and operations management. She earned an associate's degree in nursing from Queensborough Community College, a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Saint Leo's College and a master's degree in business administration from California Coast University. Prior to joining HealthSouth, Pattie served as a regional director of operations overseeing 10 hospital units across the country.
